It’s January again! One long month that sets the pace for the rest of the year. We’re fully locked in and working alongside our clients to map out what’s next. Our mindset? Swing for the fences. ⚾️

Air Force takes on Gasparilla Bowl 🏈

Nothing like a mini cannon to blow out this onsite activation with our latest client, the United States Air Force. We showed up to see their latest Tampa activation - with more national tricks up our sleeve in planning. Standby as we load up some never-before-seen projects with our nation’s finest. 🫡

Florida Lighting Associates Fixture Fest 💡

Our team headed to Fixture Fest to support our long-time client, Florida Lighting Associates, and the content shone bright! Between the fancy lights and the behind-the-scenes moments, there was no shortage of great shots and good vibes throughout the day to prop all their partners onsite. Great work, team!

It’s Workshop Season!

You get a workshop, and YOU get a workshop! We loved hosting both UNATION and SOF Missions for an in-person strategy session, setting up 2026 for success. These in-person strategy sessions always produce great energy, thoughtful conversation, and true collaboration. Days like this remind us how powerful it is to get out from behind the screen and build side by side.

Recording For LaunchWell 🎙️

Studio 21A recently welcomed LaunchWell Strategies into the studio for a two day shoot and the energy was high from start to finish. Between great conversations, focused work, and lots of positivity in between takes, their Solid Start program came to life in a big way.

Jackie Blaise — Growth Manager

Jackie has officially joined the 21A team as our newest Growth Manager, and things are already moving fast. She brings a depth of experience, a sharp growth mindset, and the kind of organization that makes big ideas feel doable. We’re excited to have her on board and even more excited to see what she helps us build next.

Matheus Neves  — Marketing Coordinator

Matheus just leveled up from intern to Full-time Marketing Coordinator, and we couldn’t be happier about it. He’s stepping into his new role with the same drive, creativity, and attention to detail, plus lots of laughs, that he brings every day. This was an easy decision, and we’re excited to see him thrive in this next chapter.

Smoke & Sunshine = Sell Out Crowd ☀️

Our social team absolutely crushed this campaign, helping Tropical Smokehouse sell out 400 tickets with over $40k in tickets sold!

CIC Live Relaunch Success 💼

We pushed the relaunch of CIC Live Cohort for PARWCC and people were ecstatic for it as we helped them sell out the event. Awesome work team!

We’re excited to collab with Eraser Farm as we welcome UNATION to the portfolio. They’ve built an incredible platform that connects people to what’s happening around them and makes discovering local events feel effortless. We help them craft their 2026 strategy to attract more new events and partners. Watch out as this one takes off. 

Key Food Supermarket 🛒

Another slam dunk collab with Eraser Farm & Key Food Supermarket to the 21A Family! It’s a brand with deep NY roots and a strong presence in the communities where they continue to grow into Central Florida, which makes this partnership especially exciting. The success of our first Grand Opening, only to be upstaged by the second one opening next month.

Studio 21A🪩 (New Year, New Episodes)

Studio 21A is kicking off 2026 the right way with two fresh episodes that set the tone early. From breaking down the business behind three minute pizza to exploring what the future of cloud companies really looks like, Episodes 24 and 25 brought sharp insights and real conversations to start the year.

We Get Around!

Brittany had a new year celebration, an oysterfest, a concert, and a baller new conference table topped the charts this month (and of course, Walter content).

Christian had a fun filled month with Murphy (she’s so adorable!!), ate some great food, watched the Bucs in the rain, and also got a new look!

Other than starting her new job here at 21A, Jackie chased a TON of sunrises and sunsets (per usual) and spent the holidays with family and friends. She celebrated her brother’s engagement and even was asked to be one of his fiancee’s bridesmaids!

Shea spent Christmas with her family in MA, doing lots of baking, celebrating, and drinking mudslides (her favorite Christmas tradition). Her Christmas wish came true, she got a white Christmas. She’s also welcoming a new family member this week: Scout. 🐶

Matheus had a great holiday season! He flew up to Pennsylvania to see his old friends, celebrated his birthday, and enjoyed some delicious food!

Shayleen spent her Holiday on a bachelorette trip, spent a day in the Big Apple, and enjoyed some time back home!
