What We’ve Been Up To

OCEAN INK OPENS TO A PACKED HOUSE šŸ¤

One of our newest clients is bringing the freshest seafood to Ybor City. Ocean Ink Raw Bar, located at 1632 E. 7th Ave, opened it’s doors last week to a pack house. Locals lined up for lobster rolls, Key West pinks, and a raw bar that actually delivers on fresssshhhhness 🌊.

Backed by the team behind Barterhouse, Kenneth Emery brings his newest concept, Ocean Ink Raw Bar, to Ybor City, offering seafood without the snobbery. Big on oysters. Heavy on local sourcing. And pouring cocktails with a flair, you won’t want to miss this one.

We’ll be supporting their marketing… social, content, web, SEO, ads and more. But most importantly, we wasted no time bringing the squad to try out all their seafood towers for ourselves (perks of the job, ya know).

EMERGING FRANCHISE BRANDS GOES LIVE šŸ“²

Slick design, smarter strategy, basically a website that works - and fit for mobile too (almost like we know what we’re doing šŸ˜).

This new site brings a fresh look, but the same brand obsession: highlighting the emerging franchise owners that everyone will be talking about next. Frank’s podcast (not so emerging - now with over 200 episodes!) continues to thrive as we build the online presence to the next level.

MAXHEALTH GETS ILLUSTRATED

The drudgery of annual enrollment just got a major glow up. We launched a brand new animated video for MaxHealth this month, breaking down the Medicare AEP process in under 60 seconds (because heathcare is hard enough to decode). Clear steps. Friendly tone. No confusion.

We storyboarded, concepted and created a video to walk patients through key dates, plan options to maximize their MaxHealth experience. The bright visuals meet a sharp script that makes Medicare feel manageable (who knew it could be done).

As part of our larger client initiative to drive engagement across web, email, and in person events - we checked all the boxes: Simple. Helpful. Watchable.

TWO NEW EMPLOYEES COME ONBOARD šŸ›³ļø

We didn’t just add to the team… we leveled up. Two new crewmates have officially joined the 21A adventure!

The title says it all! Sam is here to keep our growth engine revved, our strategy sharp, and our lead forms and sales charts šŸ“ˆ tuned straight up to the moon.

Every great agency story needs a fearless intern, and Shayleen is already jumping into the deep end. From social ideas to viral trends, she’s here to soak up the brilliance and keep us tuned into the Gen-z algo (translation - what the kids are up to 🤪.)

PARWCC LAUNCHES A NEW ERA OF LEARNING

Big milestone moment: we helped PARWCC roll out not one, not two, but THREE dedicated institutes—RĆ©sumĆ© Writing, Career Coaching, and Interviewing

The institutes are next-level hubs for certifications, resources, and downloads that make life easier and more profitable for their career coaches and rƩsumƩ writers everywhere. The launch strategy took us down press release road, social content lane, and paid ads avenue.

Destination: new sales galore šŸ’°šŸ’°šŸ’°šŸ’° .

BREAKOUT 21A TIKTOKS!!

Taylor Swift + Travis Kelce got engaged and the internet lost it šŸ’āœØ Naturally, we couldn’t resist, so we made a TikTok rounding up our favorite memes from the day. People actually loved it… turns out, chaos + memes + Swifties = internet gold (who knew šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø). Check it out here!

August might’ve been our warm-up lap, but September? We’re officially cruising in the fast lane. Our podcast baby has grown up and is serving irreverence, creativity, and straight-up marketing genius in a snackable 21-minute(ish) episodes. COMBINED SPOILED ROTTEN IG VIEWS UP 136%: All three Spoiled Rotten Photography accounts, brand, Huntsville, and Nashville, saw solid IG growth in August. Just saying, the numbers speak for themselves.

We Get Around

Britt’s Dad, the OG Ron, celebrated his 83rd birthday with these epic garage pics and a visit back to Pensacola. Meanwhile back in Tampa, Leon Bridges got some front-row love, and our pod guests showed Brittany how to saber her very first bottle of champs in one try!

Christian hit up the farmers market, watched Pride and Prejudice for the first time (no judgement), and spent quality time with Murphy (cute as ever)!

Katie was able to try out her new bow and went to see Hans Zimmer live!

Shea went home to MA for the long weekend to spend time with family, play darts at the dart bar, and made homemade mac n cheese with her mom!

Matheus was chilling out, podcasting, going on nice drives, and enjoying the return of football season!

Sam was living his best life going on scenic drives and enjoying some incredible hibachi!

Shayleen planned a brand collaboration with Skims, celebrated her last first day of school, & ran formal recruitment for her sorority!
